Disha Patani takes up to Square Dancing as a fitness regime -



Disha Patani may have wowed audiences with her super toned physique in the song Befikra ,holding her own alongside Tiger Shroff .However, very few know that Disha is a trained gymnast and is extremely passionate about fitness . While in China shooting for Kung Fu Yoga with Jackie Chan the actress learnt a new dance form called "Square Dancing" ,an exercise routine performed to music in squares, plazas or parks of the nation's cities. Having practiced it a few times Disha felt much more at ease as the routine has a calming effect on the mind as much as its benefits for the body.

Says Disha, "Since my fitness regime is very hectic , this really helps in centering me and is a lot of fun."
