Film Ek Kahani Julie Ki Censor Board update: -Avadh Sharma of Film Ek Kahani Julie Ki filed a W.P. before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi titled as Chetna Entertainment vs Union of India & CBFC

We have filed a W.P. (C) No.7982/2016 before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi titled as  Chetna Entertainment vs Union of India & CBFC,

we have challenged the grant of "A" category censor certificate for the movie "EK KAHANI JULIE KI".

the matter was listed in Hon'ble High court of Delhi in court No.16 before Hon'ble Justice Sh.Sanjeev Sachdeva today i.e.09.09.2016.

we have argued before the Hon'ble High Court as to how the grant of "A" category censor certificate by CBFC for film "EK KAHANI JULIE KI" is unjustified and illegal,

After hearing our argument the Hon'ble court was pleased to issue notice to respondents,

Notice was accepted by the counsel for Union of India & CBFC as they have appeared on service of advance copy of the writ petition, the counsel for Union of India & CBFC has sought time to file their response,

we were also granted time to file the copy/DVD of the movie before the  Hon'ble High Court,

Now matter is adjourned to 28.09.2016.
