Unlike other well funded companies, our Call Centre does NOT have 24 X 7 operations, and you may find delays in communication or getting through to us during certain times of the day. But what we are best at, is selecting and shipping exclusive products with complete transparency and competitive prices to customers across India.
Our staff have excellent product knowledge and can provide guidances for any kind of help that you may need.
We will refer you to our competitors if need be, but we will never ever provide wrong product information to make a sale out of you.

Rest India Delivery - 2000/-
We havent keep the shipping charges uniform, because certain areas in India have higher shipping rates than others so it benefits everybody evenly. Dispatch time is standard 15 business days from the date of confirmation of order.
Returns & Replacements
Orders are not cancellable for products. If 25 business days have passed, and we are not able to ship the item, you can either opt for 20% discount on your order ( discount to be credited to your account) or you can opt for refund. Refunds will be credited in 7-10 days to your account. If the products are shipped within the agreed timelines, then refunds are not accepted. We shall offer you replacements for any part / entire furniture that is damaged during transit. Since most of our products are in dismantled condition, it is fairly easy to replace existing parts with new ones.

Once you select the product & colour you wish to order, please send us whatsapp or an email on spanishvillastudio@gmail.com with your full Name, address and order details.
We will submit you a bill along with all details .
You can either transfer the amount in Paytm or Bank Account.
