Pankaj Ojha as the Chief Marketing Officer
Pankaj Ojha joins premium luxury real
estate company, SPR Group to spearhead the most high end projects in the city
Chennai, 26 July 2016: SPR Group, a premium real estate company from
South India, has appointed Mr. Pankaj Ojha as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
effective July, 2016. Pankaj joins the SPR Group with a decade's experience in
the real estate sector, working with companies like Lodha and Panchshil Realty.
Mr. Ojha’s leadership role in SPR will include business growth, to drive
strategic partnerships and spearhead the high end projects for the
group. Speaking on the appointment, Mr. Hitesh Kawad, Managing
Director, SPR Group, said, “Pankaj’s appointment recognizes our focus on
accelerating our growth in a market that is exciting and filled with
opportunities. He brings over a decade of experience in the real Estate
Industry, having led businesses in real estate firms in his previous stint.
Pankaj’s experience augments a deep understanding of this business and will
augur strategic growth for SPR projects.”
Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Pankaj Ojha, CMO, SPR Group,

Pankaj Ojha started as his career with the CITI group and was the
‘Youngest Assistant Vice President Worldwide’ during his tenure. He headed the
South and West market for their Investment products. He introduced the system
of outbound sale at the Lodha group, during his stint there. As
the Vice President - Sales at Panchshil Realty, he was
responsible for the successful launch of the World Trade Center in Pune and
introduced the in-house Lead Management, Process & Policies in the
organization which was the benchmark of his service.

Mr. Pankaj Ojha has joined SPR Group
recently as its Chief Marketing Officer
and under his guidance, he will be able to provide the right leadership and infuse new
ideas in the organization.
He has a rich
experience for more than a decade in the field of marketing and business
development. His previous roles in CITI group, Lodha and Panchshil Realty as
senior management brings to table a refined and international approach to the
Group.
Mr. Pankaj Joined CITI Group in Jan 2005,
and was responsible for fee base business. He served city group for five and
half years where he was announced as the Youngest Assistant Vice President
worldwide in CITI Group and was headed South & West for their investment
products. He had travelled to multiple locations across India giving him . Penetration level of Investments product
increased 2% to 45% during his tenure in CITI Group.
Mid of 2010 he joined
Lodha Group (Real Estate) as General Manager South Mumbai. In Lodha Mr. Pankaj
had introduced the system for an outbound sale, which is finding the correct
target group and selling the product. He was responsible for launching World
Towers when he was with Lodha Group.
After that Mr. Pankaj
had joined Panchshil Realty based in Pune as Vice President - Sales, he was
responsible for the successful launch of the World Trade Center in Pune. He had
introduced the in-house process, policies & Lead Management System in the
organization which was the benchmark yielding results to Panchshil Realty. The company
had grossed 200 crore to 1200 crore annual sales during his tenure.
A multi-tasker, Pankaj excels in managing multiple projects concurrently
with strong eye-for-detail, problem solving, and follow-through capabilities. He
is equally passionate about the
role of leadership and constructive management in the achievement of
organizational goals.
Pankaj is a fellow of
the prestigious student of the Chetana's Institute of Management and
Research (CIMR) which is the 2nd oldest management and a research institute in
Mumbai and holds a Masters degree in Marketing from from the same institute.
He has a keen interest
in outdoor games and also enjoys ice-skating as his favorite indoor sport.
