A total Mumbaiya by heart, Jyoti Kyamsaria lived her early years in the suburbs of Andheri. Right from Schooling in Marol Education Academy, to College at Mithibai and then pursuing her Post Graduation in Marketing and HR from Symbiosis, her childhood to becoming an adult was fairly sheltered with great family bonding. A conservative upbringing however did not deter her mindset and she was always a bit brazen about things that she had a viewpoint on. Being a friendly person, she always managed to excite her clique of friends and would often be the “livewire” of the group. She was monitor in school and a leader in college and hence the seeds of being a free-spirited soul with drive and following kind of grew on her.

Beyond the formal education, Life and Travel taught her a lot more as she always had the desire to explore. Music, Dance and even Intelligent Conversation are things that were fodder for her spirits. This unique blend of Education and Experience landed up to make her a Creative Soul with Analytical Business Acumen, a rare mélange.

She began working for a short while immediately after her studies and had even done small jobs alongside at times. This job with Prime Focus as Floor Manager, even for 6 months, made her understand the nuances of Indian Jugaad Management. It was the father who saw her hidden potential and asked her to join the home business till her brother joined. A plastics company called Sagar Plastics Pvt. Ltd, she worked across functions and helped build the company from 50 crore to 500 crore by adding new products, new markets and fundamental changes in marketing strategies. Her forte was always the area of Advertising and Marketing. When her brother joined in, she knew she wanted to pursue advertising and chose to join Absee Peninsular AB See Peninsular Pvt. Ltd. as AVP for Mumbai Operations but was soon promoted to the position of Director of the Company. She then moved on after a fair stint to join Idigitalise as the digital wave had set in then. And it’s at this time in 2013 that Brandswitch happened, or rather she made Brandswitch take birth with the Founder of Idigitalise.

In just three and half years with extraordinary dedication across the multi-faceted functions of Creative, Business Development, Accounting, Fund Flow Management, she alone has turned the small niche outfit into an agency of consideration. What started as a small 4 member team is now a team of 20 people with 2 offices, 1 in Mumbai and 1 in Nagpur. Their portfolio has some of the best names in the Real Estate, Jewellery, Media, Retail space and just recently Brandswitch received its 1st award for Best Brochure Designing at ABCI awards 2016 from Dr. Jon-Hans Coetzer, Director, Glion Institute of Hospitality Management, Switzerland, One of the Top Three Institutions in the World for the Hospitality Management. On 4th March, 2017 BrandSwitch covered its Second Milestone when Founder - Jyoti Kyamsaria achieved the prestigious Chanakya Award under the category Promising Entrepreneur of the Year at PRCI from M.B. Jayaram, Chairman Emeritus & Chief Mentor of PRCI. Today her agency is managing 60+ clients and is growing rapidly across functions in the digital space, photography, media management and even developing fantastic corporate identities that revamp companies of legacy.

Unknown to the world, she has two unique projects lined up, which are in hiding and will see the light of day in 2017. One is called TeamUp and the other Fitzup. With a background like this, and fire in the belly, a team that swears by the leader, the only way to go is UP!!
