Manish Choudhry is a ‘Stylish Man’ on Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai!

Sony TV’s Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai has roped in a stellar cast like - Namit Khanna, Palak Jain, Manish Choudhry, Ankit Raj and many notable names. The show has been catching up well with its audience and is sure to keep it going on. Apart from this they have also roped in renowned stylist Gunjun Arora who has designed and styled for many movies like ‘Haider’, ‘Dear Maya’ etc. He has also done styling for a few short films like ‘Chutney’ and others.

In order to keep the costumes very real and relatable to the viewers, Gunjun (Designer & Stylist) had to work closely with the characters and keep in mind each and every fashion details of the actor specific characteristics. Among the young tribe, Gunjan says “Manish Choudhry is undoubtedly the stylist man on sets and with his character of KK Reddy who is a South Indian, is a business tycoon and has a strong personality, he gives us a lot of variation in styling him”. He shows both the traditional and his business tycoon look. He has such a persona that he carries himself with up right attitude in any character give.

Manish Choudhry being a North Indian is portraying the role of a big shot South Indian.

Talking to Manish Choudhry about his style in the show, He says, “It’s been really wonderful playing the character of KK Reddy. The costumes and attire are very real and fresh. The stylist Gunjun have worked every minute details of our characteristics”

Talking more on designing and styling for ‘Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai’, He says, “Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai is showcasing the real essence of Delhi and keeping in mind the freshness of the show, we had to work with the costumes of the actors. From Palak’s subtle yet posh look, to showing a heartrobe like Namit Khanna in a regular look to me who is a north Indian and essaying a South Indian Avatar, every character has to come out. When it comes to me, a lot of look were tried and tested and finally we came to a common solution. I love the subtle color schemes and the outfits that have been chosen for me. It is a cooperative team to work with as well as gives your creative mind to space it out the canvas”.
