Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah completes 2500 episodes; team celebrates the milestone

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has crossed a big milestone. The show, which has entertained the viewers for several years, is now 2500 episodes old.

To mark the occasion, the entire cast and crew of the daily soap got together. Jethalal aka Dilip Joshi was seen with Ghanashyam Nayak, who plays Nattu Kaka on the show. Together they cut the cake and had fun.

Taarak Mehta is not only the longest running comedy show in the country but also the only one to complete the most number of episodes. 

Currently, the track shows Jethalal flying off to Senorika islands. The trip is sponsored by Tony Mony company which wants him to be present at their exhibition.

His trip comes as a surprise to everyone in the Gokuldham society because Jethalal informs them about it at the end minute. It is another thing that Jethalal had forgotten it himself until the company's receptionist called him.

While Jethalal's wife Daya aka Disha Vakani is on a maternity break, the show continues to enjoy immense popularity.
