Actor Mohit Raina skips FIFA finals for film shoot

Mohit Raina is known for his portrayal of Lord Shiva in Devon Ke Dev Mahadev. Not many know that he is a football enthusiastic, so much so that he had even finalised plans to watch the FIFA World Cup Final at Moscow’s Luzhniki Stadium.

However, the actor, who is currently shooting for his film Uri, based on the September 2016 terror attack on the Indian security forces camp in Uri, Kashmir, had to abort his plans.

Since, the actor was required to shoot during the weekend in Serbia, where a marathon schedule was already underway.

So, there’s no way Mohit could travel from Serbia to the Russian capital for the match. That’s why he had no option but to give it a miss
