Akshay Kumar launches Peeping Moon Marathi website

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar launched Clapping Hands Private Limited’s new website Marathi.PeepingMoon.com today.

Taking a break in between promotions from their film Chumbak, which Akshay has presented and in which Bollywood lyricist, singer and writer Swanand Kirkire acted , the duo visited the Mumbai office of Marathi.PeepingMoon.com. Over a traditional Maharashtrian breakfast of Poha, Batata Vada, Sheera, Missal Pav and Piyush drink, Akshay did his first Marathi web interview with Swanand.

Marathi.PeepingMoon.com, a subsidiary of Bollywood’s popular and fast growing digital platform PeepingMoon.com, will exclusively cover content of Marathi cinema, TV and theatre including film reviews, stories, gossip, interviews, previews, on-the-sets and behind-the-scenes news, film awards shows, etc. in video and written format.

It goes live on July 27th with the Marathi.PeepingMoon.com interview of Akshay and Swanand for Chumbak. They gave witty and riveting answers to the questions thrown at them.

PeepingMoon.com was started in September 2017 by news and entertainment media veterans Mark Manuel and Nishant A Bhuse.

The media duo said, “After the start of our Bollywood website in English and Hindi a year ago at the back of our minds we always intended to start a Marathi entertainment website seeing how Marathi cinema was growing and leading Bollywood actors were getting involved in it.”
