Bigg Boss Marathi Weekend Cha Daav Elimination: Controversial Resham Tipnis Evicted, Aastad Kale and Smita Gondkar Remain Safe!

Smita Gondkar, Resham Tipnis and Aastad Kale were in the danger zone for this week's elimination. Bigg Boss Marathi fans were expecting Resham Tipnis to walk out. And this elimination is justified and fair, we believe. Host Mahesh Manjrekar did not take long to declare the name this time around. He made Smita, Aastad and Resham stand in a row. Quickly Mnajrekar asked Smita to be seated. Aastad was then asked to unpack his bag only to state it quite clearly that Reham had to walk out of the house. Sai Lokur was quick to apologise and Resham maintained that there was no bad blood between the two. Resham's journey ends here but her controversial love story with Rajesh Shringarpure helped bagged the show much needed TRPs.

 Earlier in the show, Pushkar Jog's mother called. Pushkar was surprised to receive a call from his mother. He immediately got emotional. The lump in his throat would not allow him to speak at all. He was choked but he kept insisting that he missed Aai and Baba sorely. He even promised that he would get back home soon with the trophy and make his family proud. Pushkar's mother also appreciated Mahesh Manjrekar and his hosting skills. Was this call a smart strategy to make Bigg Boss Marathi fans emotional and fetch Pushkar Jog brownie points, we wonder.

Host Mahesh Manjrekar had come up with an interesting task to let the audience know who the contestants think should stay in the house till the final. Sai Lokur's choice was quite obvious. She wanted Pushkar aka Pushy to stay with her in the house. Megha Dhade prefered Sarmishtha. Sarmishtha, in turn, reciprocated that sentiment and declared that she would like to see Megha till the end. Aastad wants Smita Gondkar to be with him till the finale as she would pose less competition from her. Smita's choice was Resham Tipnis. Smita maintained that Resham is a good human being who deserves to stay in the show till the end. Resham 's prefered contestant was Sarmishtha. Sadly and matter of factly, Resham's journey has come to an end!
