Amitabh Bachchan to shoot for T-Series and Nagraj Manjule's Jhund

After his 2016 Marathi romance-drama Sairat, which was recently remade in Hindi as Dhadak, director Nagraj Manjule will kick off his first Hindi film, Jhund, in November with a start-to-finish schedule in Nagpur. Based on the life of Vijay Barse, the founder of slum soccer, it has Amitabh Bachchan playing a retired sports teacher who weans street kids off a life of crime and drugs and redirects their talent to build a soccer team.
