Superstar Salman Khan has completed a milestone 30 years in the industry since making his debut with Biwi Ho To Aisi in 1988. Having witnessed his share of ups and downs, the actor has some extremely valuable advice for newcomers.

“Don’t play games, just be enthusiastic about what you want to do, be patient and don’t jump into anything,” he says, adding that it is better to do no work than to do bad work. “If there is no work coming your way, that’s fine. But the work you do should be good. And good work does come along in different forms — it could be movies, parallel cinema, TV, or digital series.”
