Manikarnika - The Queen Of Jhansi’: Kangana Ranaut to share directorial credits with Krish?

Kangana Ranaut starrer ‘Manikarnika – The Queen Of Jhansi’ has been in the headlines ever since the film was announced. The film was majorly in news recently after Kangana took over the baton of direction from Krish earlier this year following creative differences. Now, the latest is that the actress will apparently be sharing credits with Krish.

According to a report in Mid Day, Kangana helmed the 45-day schedule that included the re-shoot of several key parts of the drama. Not just that, after she returned from the US earlier this week, she was thoroughly involved in the editing process along with Rameshwar Bhagat. She is also overseeing the VFX work, the music and the final cut as well, all of which are the director's responsibilities. Kangana also reportedly cut short the first schedule of her other film ‘Panga’ to accommodate the post-production of ‘Manikarnika’.

Even producer Kamal Jain reportedly confirmed the news by stating that the film is finally looking exactly the way we had envisioned it. Kangana is a perfectionist who headlined every department. We are happy with what she has done and it would be unfair to not give her credit where it's due.

The film is slated to release on January 25, 2019.
