#MeToo movement: Kwan's co-founder Sheetal Talwar sends legal notice to other company directors

The Me Too movement has hit Bollywood big time and one of the worst hit is the talent management firm Kwan. The co-founder of the firm, Anirban Blah was accused of sexual harassment by several aspiring actresses. Now, the founder of the organization Sheetal Talwar has decided to take strict legal action against other company directors. Apparently Mr Talwar sent a ten point legal notice against other company directors Indranil Das Blah, Madhu Mantena and Dhruv Chitgopekar. The reason for this is apparently due to the way Anirban’s sex scandal was handled so lightly and poorly by them. The notice accused the directors of negligence and turning a blind eye to such serious allegations. According to Spotboye, Talwar, throughout the his legal notice, has called upon other company board members to "call for an immediate and forthwith emergency meeting of the board of directors" within 15 days to discuss the "best way to contain the damage from said (sexual harrasment) allegations and to take such preventive steps as necessary so ensure no dereliction is never repeated at Kwan."
