Here's what Priyanka Chopra has to say about the ongoing #MeToo movement 

Bollywood diva and now a global sensation Priyanka Chopra who hosted

an event 'Social for good' in Mumbai, talked about the ongoing #MeToo

movement in India and around the world.

Talking about the movement in an interview, she said that if no one comes

out in open, there will be no movement at all.

She said that we never had a conversation about it and now we have the ability to have a conversation. Anyone from around

the corners can have a conversation on the topic. She added that we can educate the next generation and the people around

us. She further stated that it is up to us as people to keep the debate alive.

When the star was asked if the movement has faded, Priyanka said that she doesn't think the movement has faded but she

thinks, as usual, women are put in a position where they have to think about their careers and lives because they are

threatened. She feels that women are asked to not speak about it as powerful men come in and in a sort of disintegrate
