Ajay Devgn fondly remembers late actress Sridevi, says he was in awe of the actor since his childhood

Bollywood lost one of its most treasured actors on February 24 last year after Sridevi passed away in an accident at her hotel room in Abu Dhabi where

she was there to attend her nephew Mohit Marwah’s wedding. Ajay Devgn recently remembered the legendary actress.

Speaking about the late actress, Ajay reportedly said that although he has never worked with her, he was always in awe of her since his childhood.

He also added that from whatever interactions he has had with her, he knows the kind of human being that she was and he does not think anybody can replace her in the industry.

Sridevi was reportedly found dead in her hotel washroom. The Dubai Forensic Department had revealed “accidental drowning” as the cause of her death. Reportedly, traces of alcohol were reportedly found in the actress’ body.

On the work front, Ajay Devgn is currently garnering positive reviews for his recently released film ‘Total Dhamaal’. Apart from the regular cast, the Indra Kumar directorial also starred Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit in pivotal roles.
