Noida, April 2019- Effectual Services, a leading Intellectual Property Management advisory firm continues to strengthen its presence in the Asian market with a new office in Noida that will be staffed by over 200 employees. The company has invested over INR 4 crores to set up the new office space.

Considering the plans to expand in Asian Market, Effectual Services plans to hire 100 employees in immediate future who will be assigned to allow the organization to enhance its service volumes by providing IP support solutions to Fortune 500 companies, law firms, research institutes, universities, and venture capital and PE firms. Effectual Services has a strong focus on the domestic and global market and its team of multi-disciplinary experts working in Noida will advance its pursuit of global and domestic expansion.

Among businesses in Asia, language is a significant barrier. Effectual Services has an aggressive expansion plan laid out to bridge the language barrier and tap the Asian markets on both, the patents side and the Other IP such as trademarks. Along with the aggressive expansion plan and the tax benefit, we are expecting an immediate impetus on profits and revenues upward of 25-30%.
