Ltd, is India’s 3rd largest Manufacturer - Exporter of pure Assam Orthodox tea. It is engaged in manufacturing and exporting of Assam Orthodox teas in several different countries.   
MK Jokai owns 7 high quality plantations covering an expanse of 6,000 hectares of land within the states of Assam and West Bengal, produces over 6.9 million kilograms per annum and is home to 11,000 permanent employees who have put in their hard work to make MK Jokai stand out as a globally trusted grower and exporter of high quality Assam Orthodox teas. MK Jokai, aspires to provide its client the finest EU compliant orthodox teas, hence the company persistently works towards manufacturing superior quality teas which are in compliance with the EU MRL legislation.  The group operates under the leadership of Mr. Kalpesh Shah, who is Chairman and Managing director of MK Jokai.   
Apart from B2B exports of teas from its plantations, MK Jokai owns a WOS (wholly owned subsidiary) in Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation. Russia is the largest market for MK Jokai and its Russian sister concern operates a full-fledged packaging plant, which is involved in import of tea from different origins from across the world, including from the Assam plantations of MK Jokai, subsequent packaging and branding of thee teas and retail sales within Russia. The Russian sister concern is involved in pure B2C operations. It is engaged in packaging of tea and coffee products in its own brands and its markets these brands within the Russian market through its distribution network.    
The Russian operations of the group are professionally managed and operate under the leadership of Mr. Parimal Shah, who functions in the capacity of Vice President - International Operations and who is the third generation in the family business. The Russian arm of MK Jokai also intends to play a pivotal role in cultural exchanges between India and Russia.  
The group believes in comprehensive research. The different commercial hubs of the company as well as every tea estate operate their own research facilities. This includes designated organoleptic and sensory analysis rooms which are fully equipped to perform in-depth analysis of different types of teas using modern testing equipment.  
The turnover of the group stands at 190 crores ($30 million) as per its last financial year.
